Help answer this question below.

I have been wanting to become a vegitanian but as a mom/wife of family who eats meat i find it very hard or hypacritical to let my kids and husband to eat meat while i am say no. i am the cook so while i dont eat meat i make meat for them. what to do?

    Just eat what you want to eat. It might be a bit more effort to cook both meat and non meat dishes but it's worth it if it is what you believe in. To make it easier when cooking, perhaps cook something that could easily be made vegetarian. For example, when making chicken, veg and potatoes for the family, just substitute the chicken with something veggie (like veggie sausages/stuffed peppers).

    Perhaps your family might turn vegetarian one day, who knows, but this shouldn't influence your decisions.
