Ladies, when you take ibuprofen for your period pain, how many pills do you usually take at a time? Thanks.

I can't actually take Ibuprofen because of its bad effects on the stomach. So I usually take paracetamol or panadeine instead.

Why is it that if I don't take pain pills(over the counter) I will feel like I have the flu? I get tired and I ache to the point of distraction. This has been going on for years. I usually pop about nine pills a day. It doesn't matter what kind of pill.
