Help answer this question below.

I've heard that weight balance is simply to do with energy intake vs. the amount of energy you burn. How come then, some people can seemingly eat more than others and not get as fat? I don't do much exercise and am still skinny.

    Genetics mostly.

    That and age, gender, metabolism and general health all play a roll in the matter.
