What's the worst thing someone has/could have said to "comfort" you during a break up?

    "Just get over it. He/She's not worth your time/tears." Meant to be supportive, but really just sends the message that a) I want you to shut up, b) you are weak or dumb in some way for being upset about it and c) it's ridiculous that you're still not over it. Not helpful at all.
