Jim said he thinks it covers all accidents that the car might have been involved in..that is to protect the buyer from buying a car that was formerly totaled and "rebuilt" for sale. He doesn't think it would include any history of tickets by prior owners but all you have to do is go online and you can undoubtedly find out what is covered. Happy Saturday! :)
