Whats the different between a bath and shower. if im standing in the shower (water is running on top of me) and i wash both my body and hair does that mean im having a shower? if so i do this once a week is that bad?

A shower is traditionally when you are standing, and a bath is when you are sitting in water. Once a week would be way less than what I would consider good. You should wash your body at least every other day, while you may be able to let your hair go for longer periods depending on how oily it is.

i go once a week... i know i need to do more, at least twice or thrice depending on what I've done... i mainly do once a week because i can feel too clean... and my mentality doesn't let me shower without washing/conditioning hair and if i wash it every other day or what not then it gets dried out and no good...

Depending on what ive been doing i can go a week or two without smelling horrible...

yeh... i use deodorant/antiperspirant twice everyday... i also try to not do anything tat makes me sweat too much...

I guess i'm just different... idk...
