My Ex broke-up with me for another girl a few months ago on our anniversary. He wanted to be friends, but i didn't he didn't deserve it. now he and his girl are heroin addicts. Which I had gotten him to stop. Now he says he needs my friendship. now what?

Cut him loose, he's not you're responsibility & lets face it if you agree to friendship he'll most likely end up stealing from you & generally making your life a misery, Skank addicts aren't much fun!
