Does a man not love,care nor have feelings for the woman he is with if he goes out and cheats?do thay not understand that thay are a risk of loseing the woman who loves them for someone thay dont even know?

Yes and no. They do care for their partner and they understand the risks of loosing that person. But they think they will never get caught. And if they do get caught they think you will love them to much to leave or they just don't think that far. Some will say I just wasn't thinking. But that is not good enough. They need to think before they hurt others.
