When I was young we used to hear about "acid rain" on the news all the time, did that go away or do we not care anymore?

    No its gone - power plants were giving off co2 and sulpher dioxide - the sulpher caused acid rain but now they have -i think - is a catalyst or a type of filter that removes the sulpher - so acid rain has stopped now all we need to do is stop global warming and the Earth is cured
