It's my first time using tampons, I have managed to get it in three times (not on period) and I was wondering if it got easier?

Does a girl have to remove a tampon to go pee? And if not then how does the pee avoid being absorbed by the tampon?

You're reading In an age that promotes recycling and frowns upon disposability, does anyone think that washable sanitary pads are a good idea? We wash babies nappies afterall...

Thats an assumption, coupled with your opinion of which you do not elaborate on making your statement invalid. If you leave out the connotations to the question that obviously repels you to the idea, and think of practicality, fuctionality, and the enviromental benefits to be gained then perhaps you should attempt an answer.

You're going to end up either ruining your clothes or having a huge bludge where your homemade pad is, probably both.
There is still plenty of room for land fills anyways. I doubt you've taken the time took at how good waste managment companies are doing to protect the enviroment. You're just assuming you're doing harm.

I never said homemade. I never meant homemade. I never suggested homemade, that would be ridiculous. Thats where you fail to appreciate the question, and fail further with your comment. Thats the last I will say on the subject to you, regardless of whatever nonsense you write in reply.

by Medwin on March 16th, 2009

Jesus Christ you are thick. I said, I wouldn't answer anymore but THIS IS IT NOW. Right- READ the question, I never said they existed either did I? I asked whether anyone thought they would be a good idea, as in- would there be a market for them? As in if a company were to produce them, would anyone buy them? Now, FUCK OFF.
by Toiletcruncher on March 16th, 2009
Actually they are produced. I found an article complaining about disposable tampons and pads and suggesting these. Good in theory but it would make me squeamish

Wow, I had forgotten that I had even written this question! Thanks for the answer, after that other pillock had attempted sarcasm I never thought anybody would bother seriously.
