Without Jesus coming to earth and sacrificing Hisself on the cross, there would be no repentance. It is through His death and resurrection that we are able to repent through Jesus and be forgiven by God. Jesus is NOT-I repeat NOT dead.

So to answer your question-yes Jesus does believe in repentance and I also believe in repentance through my Jesus Christ, Son of God.

Of course, this is my opinion as a Christian. It is my faith and my belief.

My salvation and my honor depend on God; He is my mighty rock, my refuge.--Psalm 62:7
