My mom never listens to me should I even try anymore?

keep trying to talk with her. sometimes if a parent is going through alot in their life, they tend to not listen to their child. if no matter what you do, she still doesnt listen to you, do like john p said,write her a letter telling her how you feel and put it somewhere where she can see it. sometimes having it down on paper makes it more realsitic for her, and she will realize that you are serious.

i dont understand why your mom would act like that, it doesnt make sense. im sorry to hear about that. well if you dont have support from her and you cant take it there, im sure you have family you could always go stay with for awhile, that may make her realize, who knows though.

i just talked to my mom and she said that you could always find another adult who you can talk to. like when i was younger i went to my moms friend, she was like my mom pretty much cus my mom wasnt always there for me either. it took a long time.
