That is a great question. Did you know that most vitamins are made in Utah by the Mormons. It to broad a question to answer in so short a space. But in general I would say. NO I must admit that it is mostly logic that I use. If you ever read vitamin book and believe what they say to be true, before long your shelves and icebox would be full of all sorts of vitamins and the book will have you scared senseless/ Second is even more important. How many time have you read that what they thought was the right vitamins turned out to be not true. It would not surprise me one bit if some vitamin lobby with pockets full of money was in Washington making sure his pockets were kept lined. So my advice is to eat drink and be merry and stop trying to live forever.

    • No they're not useful or no they're not a gimmick? Some backing for your answer would also have been useful!
