does he have credit cards, on-star in his vehicle. You are legally married you should have some legal rights on tracking him down. Maybe count your blessings!

    • yes he does have credit cards and onstar, they are not in my name and he is avoiding service for our upcoming hearing i also believe that he may have been married to someone else without disclosing this to me. We were married 10 yrs and have a child together. he abandoned us on vacation in 2005 simply disappeard and since then has resigned his position with company to avoid paying support prior to any hearings.

    • if you are legally married and you have filed a missing persons report onstar has to disclose this information to the police department. As I have said befor count your blessing. I myself am a single parent. As long as you love your child and can care for him emotionally you are all he needs. Let the state and or other officials handle finding him. There are plenty of resources out there for single women with children. The harder you push the more he will run. Just be honest to your child, the truth always sets you free.

    • Honesty does not mean that you have to put him down. You can say only the good things about him--and there must have been some, otherwise why did you marry him? Or--say nothing.
