I co-signed for someone who never made an attempt to make a payment even though he is employed. Do I have a case against him in a small claims court?

    It's hard to say without knowing the specifics of the case, but filing a claim in small claims court isn't very expensive and is worth a try if you're owed a significant amount of money.
