Help answer this question below.

Any ideas why??? when I stream an MP4 file to the Xbox360 it works perfectly when signed into Xbox live with one gamer tag, but crashes the Xbox when I try and play the same MP4 file signed in with a different gamertag on Xbox live (same console)?

    It could be a memory Problem on Just that GamerTag, Perhalps it is causeing it to mess up,

    I sugest calling

    Microsoft Tec Support

    ( US - 1800-4my-xbox )
