Question

Help answer this question below.

Whenever I try to sleep, I get intense feelings of fear and have had several panic attacks. I think about dying and how afaid I am of it. I saw a therapist for a bit but we did not touch on these issues - should I go back and try to get help/medication?

If the therapist was helpful then yes I would recommend going back and dealing with this. Otherwise, find another therapist who can help you. Hypnosis is a good way to help reduce anxiety and fears because it deals with the same part of your mind that creates the fear.
