Ms Singh, because I was in the lower grade in a 5/6 split class, but she gave me grade 6 work half the time because I got so bored with stuff I already knew. She was strict, but she had a sense of humor most kids didn't bother to see, and she didn't fuss over technicalities like most teachers. If I did a good job on my work, I got good marks, even if I misinterpreted the assignment. And she recommended a few really good books. Plus she had a very soothing voice, English accent.
