I found a mummified creature under my porch. Should I put it in the garbage, or try to sell it on Ebay?

You should contact the e-bay administrators and tell them what has happened. It is in their interests to help you out, and if you tell them what's happened, they will try to get your money back for you. Unless of course the seller was Japanese, in which case the game obviously would have been in Japanese.

no the seller didn't say any information that the video game is in a Japanesse. How would they give me money back?? I bet they wouldn't look into it. I bet anybody would tell them someone sold them something and disappeared and they want their money back.. Well I guess i really just got played.

No, you misunderstood - was the seller Japanese?
Also, you should always pay through pay pal, that way e-bay can tell if any payments have gone through or not. Let them know what has happened. They will try to help you to sort your problem out.
