Why so much.

LOL...when I graduated high school, my first "real" job was as a waitress at Denny's on the graveyard (11PM to 6AM) shift, then on the breakfast shift, and having an infant to care for as well, coffee became my best friend, to stay alert enough to care for my son early AM until his midmorning nap when I could sleep as well, and then to stay alert enough to care for him between naps...I became adjusted to drinking at one point 10 pots of coffee a day, have tapered off since then (about 20 years) to only drinking 6-8 pots daily...lol...
