The whole thing is incredibly touching and sad. Makes me revisit the question, "why do bad things happen to good people?" Just thinking about their chidren makes me want to cry. Especially since they lost one child. I also wonder if his public personna will be affected by those who feel he should have dropped out to devote himself full time to Elizabeth. I also wonder how the effects of campaigning might hasten her illness, whether they should be spending whatever time she has left on earth together with the family at home. And yes, of course you did the question justice! You rarely disappoint, my dear.:)
