Hello, i am from india. i want to start a commercial radio station in my city and i dont know anything about it.

    You could start off doing a podcast heres some sites for you to look at! it may be a start and if you get good feedback you could maybe go further! anyways have alook through these sites and it may help you a little ok:

    Not sure if there what you need but if not, just do a google search on how to setup a podcast!
