Sounds like you might be a night security guard or something similar. If so, I'd think that the job is probably exactly what you were hired for and just sucks. I'd suggest looking for a new job, not getting a union involved. (If I've got the situation wrong, then I apologize.)

You're reading My job requires i work 10 hours overnight, no sheler(not even allowed to sit in car when raining/cold) i am expected to sh*t in the bushes, no books/computer... no breaks, can/should i contact OSHA?
