The ovulation doesn't hurt but the mini-contractions as your body menstruates can be painful.

Ovulation occurs approximately 14days before you get your menstruate.

So to answer your question, when I ovulate each month it doesn't hurt.

When I menstruate, yes it is uncomfortable and sometimes a little painful so bring me chocolate and be nice okay?
