Help answer this question below.

I work two jobs that complement each other. Lately, one boss has been wanting me to devote more time to him and less to the other job. How do I determine what I should do? (See answer for for details.)

    I handle group sales/marketing for a restaurant and dinner theatre for one of my jobs. I also handle sound and lighting and publicity for the entertainer in the dinner theatre for my other job. Lately, the entertainer has spoken with me several times about scaling back on the first job and doing more for him. The pay would be the same. I would probably enjoy doing more for the entertainer than the restaurant, but I also feel a loyalty to the restaurant. Right now I'm just trying to free up as much time as possible to help the entertainer more without decreasing hours at the restaurant (to keep them happy). What do you suggest?
