My RCA F32668 keeps running through the channels and won't stop. How can I fix this?

My RCA has the same problem. At the time it just turn on, it is ok. After 20 min, it starts to run through the channels. At this time, remote control does not work. I use the button on the TV to turn it off. After a while, it turns on by itself and keeps running channels again! Hope someone can help us.

We have an RCA guidepost plus television that will not stay on. When I push the power button i can hear it power up but then is turns off.
