Smoking is usually only prohibited at the pumps or in line for the cashier. You can smoke in your car in the parking lot, or on your way into the store. Besides, they have to sell them somewhere, don't they?

I always wondered why you are allowed to consume alcoholic beverages in public, even though public intoxication is illegal - and you can't drink and drive. How the heck do they expect you to get home without breaking one law or the other?

    • But it's illegal to be intoxicated in public, so simply walking out of the bar can get you arrested.

    • I once worked for a company called "Dial-A-Driver", where we drove people home in their own cars for a fee. Better than a cab, because the client didn't have to go back to the bar the next day to collect their car.
