I am 17 years old and I usually ejaculate within the first 3 minutes when watching a pornographic video. Does this count as rapid ejaculation? Is it normal to ejaculate that fast?

not bad, but Mr c is right. Use this time as a time to enjoy your body and train yourself to hold off as long as you can, That way when you have real sex, our partner will be much more appreciative and ahell of a lot less froustrated.
If you practice edgeing, you will know your body and train your self to hold off cumming. This will give you a lot more pleasure and you almost reach a climax andthen back off and then go at it again. This way you can have the rush of a near climax repeatedly. I have gone for more than an hour getting so close to a climax and then backing off and going at it again. Thn when you do really cum- man it's a rush!
