When should I sell a used wedding dress in order to get the most money for it?

I have a friend who found an absolutely gorgeous wedding dress on ebay and had resold it on ebay before her wedding for the same price she bought it! This alieviated much of the stress involved with buying and selling a wedding dress.

Regarding time of year, it doesn't really matter since people are getting married or planning to get married year round. However, there may be something to the stereotypical June wedding since that is often when college students are graduating and getting married! Something to think about...
