I love fish,while working in chicago, I am able to frequent several fish markets. They sell a fish they call 'white fish" up there that the markets in our rural area in ohio have never even heard of. Can you tell me what this white fish IS exactly?

You're reading My dad is making salmon patties, and he remembers when he was younger there use to be a good cheese sauce that was made to put the salmon patties. Anyone have any ideas what he is talking about and a recipe?
