Well I don't know about the KFC guy, but I do know that Rachel is the alien hunters capitol of the US, due to its proximity to the infamous "Area 51" and its location along the tourist-trap named "Extraterrestrial Highway"
However, Area 51 is unfortunately not the home of aliens or their remains, only a test site for Cold War era military tech, although some aircraft testing still goes on today. (That's what leads to all the 'UFO sightings')
You really want to find the aliens, look for Papoose Mountain military complex in Colorado. heheh
