This is a 10 milligram/500 milligram pill of Hydrocodone/Acetaminophen(Tylenol). Hydrocodone is popularly known by the brand names of Vicodin and Lortab. It's a semi-syntheic opiate which is derived from codeine and is potentially addictive, though the risk of addiction from a no-refills prescription is essentially zero. Hydrocodone is a safe drug in doses up to and typically beyond 30 milligrams, even for somebody with no previous contact with it. It's not advised to go beyond 60 milligrams daily, although addicts who have developed tolerance have been known to go well beyond this. The acetaminophen present in this pill is the more dangerous of the two drugs for a recreational user, as more than 3000 milligrams, or 3 grams, can possibly damage your liver.
