My first REAL sleep paralysis experience. An entity visited me while I was in between sleep and wake yesterday. It touched me, talked to me, and then entered my body and elevated one of my legs although I couldn't on my own. It burned me. I'm confused.

Wow, that first one sounds frightening- I've had similar incidents, though mine involved more sinister, immortal-like creatures. lol Not very fun at all.

When I was kid I seen a guy that looked like he was a colonist from the revolutionary war chopping at my legs with and axe. I say colonist because he wore a blue suit and had the George Washington white wig going on... I was scared and paralyzed also. My little brother was lying in bed with me where his feet met mine, and somehow I built up enough courage to kick at the spirit I seen, and it seemed to form a small stream of fog and disappear out the window into the wind... I was creeped out big time...
The only other time I've seen a spirit was again as a child when I fell out of my bunk bed and couldn't breathe for a long time it seemed. I looked up and seen myself in black and white running up and down the hallway laughing. The spirit that was me at one point just stopped and stared at me with piercing eyes, when I was able to breathe again I didn't see anything anymore and never have since... But I've never forgotten either incident... Sometimes I wonder if I was just dreaming, but it seemed so real and I dream all the time and don't remember have the crap I dream about... I also seem to be able to see futuristic events in my dreams (even as and adult now) however, I never realize I dreamed a situation until it has already happened... It kind of comes like Deja Vu to me....
I sometimes wish I can see a spirit like I did as a child, but I don't want people to think I'm crazy either.

when i get sleep paralysis my body just feel super heavy and my hallucinations are mostly aural with a little bit of visual like ill see my room but a litle bit different than it is, but ill hear a band playing (no music on) like there playing right out on the street or ill here people talking to me trying to tell me to wake up when im home alone or ill here my closet door opening.
