Unfortunately, YES, your income can be considered because that is more income coming into the household that can support the household which then 'frees' up more of your hubby's income. Went thru this many,many years ago when my husband's first took us back to court for more support, only I had a brand new baby and was on a leave of absence, so had NO income at the time! stupid move on her part...but, then, stupid is as stupid does!
