    Walking and yoga, are great. Anything actually is good that you are used to, but the important thing is to keep in mind your endurance, your balance and protecting your abdominal area. Don't do anything that strains the ab muscles after the 1st trimester and pay attention to how you feel as your pregnancy proceeds.
