Those traps are very much illegal. And so is his treatment of the animals he traps. Just imagine what would happen if a child or someone's pet got caught in that. And it sounds like you live in a populated area where any kind of kill trap is illegal. You need to call the humane socity and turn him in for cruelty to animals. And the police for setting out the traps. Plus contact the game warden. And as gross as this may sound you need to take pictures of the next thing he traps and him resetting the trap afterwards so you have proof.

Yes, that's another reason why they need to be taken down. No one in my neighborhood keeps their pets chained, or in a fence. They run wild everywhere, including MY dog. Thanks.
