    yes, the nipples are one of the most sentual areas of the body for both men and women. There are a lot of nurve endings in the male nipple and when the nipple is arroused, those nurves and blood vessals react. With stimulation, the nipple swells and gets rigid. With continued stimulations it is possible to cum from the arrousal. It is very exciting to have a partner suck, nibble and pull on my nipples, it doesnt take long before I have a heavy precum flow.
