nope. I think we think in the language we were first taught to speak but sometimes mix it up if we speak more than one language. I am bilingual and I think in both languages, sometimes in one sometimes in another. my s/o is korean, she speaks both korean and english...korean at home, english at work..she says she does the same thing. Same goes for dreaming and sleep we both dream in both languages..sometimes one sometimes another, sometimes when she talks in her sleep it's korean or english but mostly korean.
I have read articles on how the first language we learn is hardwired into the brain and others we learn are not though and some people who were first taught one language but later on grew up and only spoke another had accidents, or diseases or different affflictions that did damage to their brain and they defaulted back to their original tongue only.
But as far as I know, myself, sometimes the voice in my head speaks in one language and sometimes the other.
What's something that's doesn't exist?
