I asked that of a person who grew up in a family that spoke Italian as their main language. She learned to speak English & Spanish, but she said she still THOUGHT in Italian.
It wouldn't make sense for someone that only knew a language other than English to think in English, so the answer to your question is "no".
Why do people say the world is overcrowded when there are 3 square miles of land per person?
