On a basic level, yes. We just formulate our expression of our thoughts and feelings verbally with different words. Granted, Don Quixote and War and Peace require a sophisticated verbalization of a high order. But things like "I am hungry, I am thirsty, damn, it's cold!, and, what a hot looking babe!, are all pretty basic thought processes that are easy to communicate without language.
why did America need everyone's gold? Then put it in a building U can't even take pictures of, counted it, fired the guy who counted it?
