Who wins the point if a player touches the table, net, or net assembly, after the ball is hit by that player? Does play continue?

I think the non-net toucher gets the point if I interpreted these rules correctly:

"if his opponent, or anything his opponent wears or carries, touches the net assembly;"

"if his opponent's free hand touches the playing surface;"
