Question

Help answer this question below.

I rolled into the lady's car in front of me at a stop sign going 1 mph or less. I lightly bumped her car.

She claims I put a scratch in her bumper. The mark is tiny. She wants me to pay for it. Can I dispute it? How do I know I made the mark?

Was there a police report filed? If so, then it doesn't matter whether you made it or not, at least in Georgia. However, you could easily argue - with photos - that the scratch could be buffed.
