Help answer this question below.

My iPod has a sad iPod face on it every time i turn it on, can anyone halp me troubleshoot and restore my iPod?

    well.. the sad face cant just be fixed by reseting your ipod. The problem is in the harddrive. This is what i would do.
    plug in the ipod to your computer.. and click restore ipod in itunes. (i dont expect that to work but its worth a try if you have like a virus.)

    plug your ipod into your computer and try to use up all the battery life you can with the backlight. Once all the juice is out off your ipod. (when i say this i mean all of the battery not just the battery power on the ipod display.)
    then just take it to the "Apple store" {NOT MAC STORES} apple will charge you 50 dollars to get a new battery _____but acutally they dont put a new battery in your ipod... they give you a new ipod all fresh.____ then all you have to do it plug it back into your computer and sync it...
