OK, it's now Jan 29....that's three months or less. You had better be prepared to only lose 24 lbs or so. Starting NOW, eat lots of fresh greens (buy the lettuce, wash it, cut it, pack it in paper towels and put in fridge in a big tupperware; it will keep for quite a few days and you can grab it anytime, along with other salad fixings and only use two tablespoons of light dressing. It's enough believe me), eat oatmeal with fruit for brekkie (real oatmeal, not the little packets filled with sugar), have another piece of fruit two hours later, keep little lo-sugar applesauce packets handy, get the weight watchers bread which is light and airy and make sammiches with low fat cuts and ONW slice of cheese or no cheese,and load it with lettuce, fresh baby spinach and cucumber slices, with mustard. Or buy those lean cuisines and eat one for lunch with an extra serving of veggies (the frozen bagged ones are the best, easy to heat up in the microwave) another healthy snack after lunch and then dinner and one more snack two hours befor bed. Try, TRY, TRY to get at least 20 mintues of exercise every day. Walk really fast around the block for 20 minute or walk to school if you can. Make sure you are wrapped up warm with gloves and scarf.
KEep doign this, stay away from all sugar if you can help it and don't drink diet soda or booze. It's a lifestyle change so try to keep doing it. It's not hard and you can do it. 2 1/2 to 3 months is short time but you can do it. Don't do anything crazy like crash diets and pills and stuff...that doesn't work. You need to keep eating in order to burn it off.
