Let met tell you then when I was younger I had JRA (juvenile rheumetoid arthritis) in my bilateral temporal mandibular joints (tmjs). Not only did I have headaches I had limited range of motion and limited mouth opening. (I'm a chick so no comments). As my age is ancient I was the subject to experiemtnal surgeries, one of them is called Le Forte 1 Osteotomy (the broke my upper jaw and reset it with wires). I would not have wished that on my worst enemy! I certainly would NOT have this done in an attempt to assist my apnea. Honestly, George, I would pretend it was my kid, I would seek out MULTIPLE opinions and do gobs (my own word) of research before I would submit myself or anyone to that procedure, especially for apnea. George, seriously, take caution with jaw surgery my friend.

    I will keep looking.
