How do the "newer" religions like Christianity account for the fact that there were many earlier religions?

It is because of the older religions that new ones came about. They,the new religions, figured out a better way to capture peoples brains as well as their money. It all about control. NOT ABOUT EDUCATION. any lady can figure that out.
