Help answer this question below.

My husband is having an affair with someone in my home and in my bed. Can I put a restraining order against her or them so they can not enter my home?

    Though you could also go for divorce on the ground of adultry against your husband. But if you don't want to do that than all of your remedies lies in the matrimonial law of your country. The reliefs which could be given to u by law greatly varies according to the kind of matrimonial law which you have in your country. So you should had specefied your nationality than i could had been anle to answer your question in a much more better manner.
