Can anyone explain in detail the NCAA offensive charge rule? I saw something in the Kansas-Texas game this sunday.
Can you score if you are called for a charge?

    No, you cannot score if you are called for a charge. A charge is called when the defensive player has his body squared or his feet set and the offensive player knocks him over. A blocking foul is called if the defensive player was moving and was knocked over.
