You're reading Bad customer service. Do you call it to the attention of the person who is rude, report it to their manager or supervisor, or do nothing at all?

I'm not either, but I do believe, if I'm paying good money for something, I should at least get decent service. Maybe I'm wrong, but I insist that our employees give good customer service, and I expect a reasonable amount of customer service when I shop, too.
