It's safe to have intercourse DURING menstruation, and it can sometimes help to alleviate the pain that many women endure. Just be sure to ALWAYS use a condom, and keep plenty of old towels handy to clean up. Or if the sight of blood is an issue there's always shower sex. Oh, and did I mention that it's best to ALWAYS use a condom? If not, here goes again: ALWAYS use a condom, whether it's that time of the month or not.
